Critically Needed Positions:
It is the policy of The Queen's Medical Center to maintain a staff of competent, qualified employees to deliver quality patient care and other services provided by the Medical Center. When the Medical Center experiences difficulty in filling specific position vacancies, the position may be declared a Critically Needed Position.
If you apply for a postiion that is deemed to be Critically Needed and qualify for that position, a Recruiter will advise you of benefits that you may be entitled to if chosen for a Critically Needed Position.
